Delta Dubai

Delta Dubai’s comms division has increased its supply of Clear-Com equipment with the recent purchase of a Tempest wireless intercom system.

Studio refit

Due to increasing demands for the studio space, it was recently decided to upgrade the control room. It has been completely stripped and rebuilt from the ground up, with new acoustic panelling, lighting, furniture and control hardware including an AVID C|24 Pro Tools control surface.

New Equipment

Delta Sound has recently taken delivery of thirty-two EMS-122w loudspeakers from EM Acoustics for core rental stock. The EMS-122w is a wide dispersion, high quality passive 12” enclosure designed for applications which require a compact, powerful, full range loudspeaker.

Delta Sound has recently increased it's number and range of DiGiCo consoles with the purchase of the latest (and smallest!) SD11. The SD11 is two consoles in one – a rackmountable mixer ready to fit into your installation or a touring rack, and a table top mixer with smart end cheeks and arm rest.

Audio Pro Winner

Delta Sound are proud to have won "Most Innovative Installation" in the first "Audio Pro International Industry Excellence Awards" for The Atrium, the event space at Westfield London, which has also just celebrated its first birthday.

L-Acoustic Training Days

The first L-Acoustics training standards course for the U.K. and Germany recently took place at Surrey based Delta Sound. The three day course was based in Delta Sound's studio live room and was attended by freelance sound engineers and Rental company representatives.

Summer Installations

A very busy summer saw Delta Sound on-site at three venues requiring bespoke installations.

A semi-automated audio system has been installed in the listed Victoria Hall with a speaker system by EM Acoustics and equipment by Full Fat Audio and Allen & Heath.

Delta Sound and Sound By Design Join forces

Two well-known pro-audio industry heavy weights are set to come together this autumn, with Delta Sound acquiring Sound By Design over an agreed period of time. The move will offer clients of both companies’ the benefit of their complementary skills sets and combined equipment portfolios.
